Quality
1. Since we have our own
equipment factory and advanced Dies Developing
Center, we are able to design and produce certain
types of chains that other factories are not
able to make, as per buyers’ requests in the
shortest time
2. We assure the quality of our products from
the very beginning . In our large-size Steel-Material-Improving
Workshop, the steel material will be improved
furthest according to the requests for produce
chain and then transferred to Parts Workshop
at the best state of our products for making
chains.
3. In the Parts Workshop, all chains parts are
produced automatically by Speedy Tube Curling
Maching, Speedy Plates Cutter, and Speedy Pin
Cutter etc. These equipments run automatically
at a high level ，which mostly reduces the disadvantageous
affect from operators to the quality of the
chain.
4. In the Heat-treatment Workshop, all parts
are processed by heat-treatment . It is from
Japan that the advanced heat-treatment equipments
are mainly imported, they assuring the favorable
effect of heat –treatment to the quality of
the chain parts.
5. In order to improve CHJC chains’ strength
of anti-fatigue, we have the parts processed
by shot peening.
6. All bushes of CHJC chains are farther rounded
by our special equipment，which improves chains’
capability of fatigue strength and push out
force better than other factory’s chains.
7. Chain parts are assembled automatically by
our Assembly-Line. And assembled Chains run
into the Pre-stress Rectifier as soon as they
come out. Pre-stress Rectifier helps chains
avoid initial wear .
8. We newly developed a whole system that can
test whether finished chains are lack of parts.
This system absolutely helps us escape from
the problem of lacking parts for good.
9. CHJC only develops proper markets and will
not ever lower the quality of products just
for running to some certain markets.
Packing
CHJC has its own color print
factory which can design and print new color
packing on buyers’request .Due to this ,we
can assure the high quality of the packing and
